Go straight from the back gate of the Children’s Grand Park to the Achasan Station Intersection in the direction of Cheonho-dong. There is a sign for the entrance to the Waterworks Research Institute just before the top of the hill (approx. 500m from the back gate of the Children’s Grand Park).
